Terms of Use
Last updated 5 August 2026
These terms explain the rules for using CrawlUp, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the CrawlUp website or creating an account on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.
If you are using CrawlUp on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for that company.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
- Provide accurate information when you register.
- Do not share your credentials with people outside your organisation.
- You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
3. Acceptable use
CrawlUp is built to help you measure and improve your own search visibility. You agree not to misuse the platform.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or copy the platform.
- Do not use the service to break any law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not run automated requests that place an unreasonable load on our systems.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non refundable once a billing period has started.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
5. Your data
You keep ownership of the data you bring to CrawlUp. You grant us a limited licence to process that data so we can operate the service and produce your reports and insights.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Our intellectual property
The CrawlUp platform, brand, software, and documentation remain our property. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you beyond the right to use the service while your subscription is active.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep CrawlUp available and accurate, but the service is provided on an as is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every insight will be free of error.
We may update, change, or discontinue features. Where a change is significant, we will give you reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CrawlUp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us during that period.
9. Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use CrawlUp after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@trycrawlup.com and we will come back to you.
